Munich-based BMW sells a vast array of cars and SUVs in the United States. Part of the BMW Group, its models include the iconic BMW 3 Series and a variety of sport utility vehicles, including the BMW X3, X5 and X7. While many of its cars are built exclusively in Germany, most of its SUV lineup is produced in South Carolina. BMW has two sub-brands, including the BMW M high-performance division and BMW i electric car sub-brand, which recently rolled out the BMW i4 sedan, the BMW iX SUV and the BMW i7 luxury flagship sedan.
